Fran is married to David Seipp who is head of the Trust Department at Hamlin Bank and Trust Company in Smethport. She has 3 sons, Timothy Murray who graduated in 1989 from Smethport Area High School, Todd Murray, who graduated in 1993 from Smethport Area High School, and Kevin Murray Seipp who is now in 7th grade at Smethport Area High School. She also has 3 grandchildren. Tim has a son, Alex and Todd has a son Mike and a daughter Anna.
Fran has been an Administrative Assistant for the Seneca Highlands Intermediate Unit Nine for 31 years this month, October, 2003 and lives at 11 South Street in Smethport.
