After graduating in 1978, I went to the University of Pittsburgh, 2 years at the Bradford campus and 2 1/2 years at the main campus, and I got a B.S. in Electrical Engineering in December 1982. After graduating from college, I moved to the Washington, DC area. I have done mostly software engineering for the last 25+ years, 18 of those years with flight simulation companies. I am currently a Program Manager for Blue Ridge Simulation, a small business in Leesburg, VA, where I've been for the last 8 years. We design Radar Simulation Systems for use in military and commercial flight trainers. I also am in charge of their website among other things.

I am married with an 11 year old daughter, Marissa, and I live in Rockville, MD, a suburb of Washington, DC. My husband Greg and I both love to travel, and we force our daughter to go on a lot of trips she doesn't really appreciate yet. She has been to 25 different countries so far, since most of our trips are to Europe. Last year we went to Italy, the Netherlands, Germany, Switzerland and France. This year we have been to the Czech Republic and Hungary, and will be in Norway this summer (missing the 30th reunion) then on a Mediterranean cruise to Italy, Spain, Malta and Africa for Thanksgiving. We try to do at least two trips each year, sometimes more.
