Renae Irene Kness

Renae married Brian Burt (Class of 1980)
in July of 1986. She moved to Rome, NY where Brian was stationed with the
Air Force. Their son Matthew was born in May of 1987 and Arthur
in September of 1989. In 1990 Brian was transfered to Minot, ND where they
spent 3 years before seperating from the military. They then moved back to
Smethport in 1992. Renae worked for 8 years at Keystone in Mt. Jewett.
The plant closed its doors in September of 2002 which gave Renae an opoutunity to
return to school and try something new. She started classes at BOCES to
become an LPN. After 2 years of school it is finally over. She is currently
working at the Lutheran Home in Kane. She keeps very busy with the
boys and their school activities.
