Joan graduated from Seton Hill College in 1989. She married Brian Colton (Class of 1985) on May 12, 1990. Brian spent 5 years in the Navy and they lived in Charleston, SC. While there, Joan worked at The Charleston Catholic School.
They now live in Conover, NC and have 2 sons, Thomas-6 and John-9 months.
